I rarely post reviews for delivery services because usually I’m just in and out and it’s taken care of. This was a very unique experience and this employee did a great job. His name is Les. It was some of the best customer service I have ever received from a UPS store location. I will definitely come back to the store on. EP true Parkway in the future. I had lots of questions and he answered all of them for me in the most polite manner. He also took his time, making sure I understood everything about my package that I was mailing and what to expect, Did not rush me through the process. Thank you UPS and Les!

There were quite a few people needing help with there packages. I was able to watch staff interactions with several people. The staff were patient, friendly, and helpful with everyone they encountered. When it was my turn, I received the same positive treatment.

The sign said open at 9:00am Saturday. At 9:15 myself and another customer had been waiting 15 minutes with nobody inside. This has happened at this location, recommend using the Westown store. Ridiculous!

The young Man that works here, by himself on this day, is awesome!
He had a line out the door, acknowledged every person that walked in pleasantly, kept the line moving and did it happily. I've been to other locations with 3x the employees that didn't operate nearly as efficiently as he did alone!

I've always had awesome service at this location. I wish I knew the staff member's name that is there most often when I stop by, as I would love for him to be recognized for his excellent customer service. He's always incredibly efficient, helpful, and friendly.

I love this location!! The young guy that works here is super nice and always knows what he’s doing- can’t tell you how many times he’s saved me time and money- all while being courteous! I’ve gone to other locations expecting the same service and haven’t received it. This location is hands down above the rest!!!
