They charge me every month for paper billing. I then call and ask them to stop and they say okay and say they’ll refund the fees. They never stop charging me and never refunded me for things I never signed up for.

1 star is too much credit to be giving this place. Once youve signed you're loan and they got you locked in, no one is willing to help you. They dont care about you here! They got you and your money, they could care less about what you need. They will lie to you and play dumb. God for bid any of you have to go through Brett Luke, he does not care! Trust me, go elsewhere for your loan and banking needs. Green State is an absolute joke and I am trying to save you all the headache and frustration. There are other banks that will approve you and help you out when you have questions. Do Not go through Green State!!!

I have had nothing but problems since I started doing business with greenstate. They lie and agree to deals to get your business then back out last minute screwing you over. Now we are stuck with a payment on a loan we can't afford. Not to mention the many errors that have been associated with opening the accounts. Currently looking to take my business elsewhere.

I had a great experience with Rachel at the Jordan Creek location while setting up a very specific account to manage funds as a federally appointed fiduciary. Her experience and expertise made the process smooth and her confidence set me at ease.I'd tried to execute this at another well-known credit union and left frustrated and disappointed. I'm very happy with my decision to give GreenState a try.

Stay away from this lending institution. Their employees on front line can't do anything. Very entry level. Customer phone support is unable to do anything. They send you to credit union. Super super low level and I would never bank here again.

We bought a Toyota in 2018 and used GSCU for my parents car loan. I am impressed of the interest rates and how fast we can pay off our vehicle! Will definitely use GSCU again in the future if we ever need to purchase a new vehicle!

Today, I glanced at my credit and noticed a balance increase of 1,900+ to my loan. This is the second time I have this issue regarding insurance. My policy has not changed and I have my car loan on autopay. Due to this change my payment for last month increased to $500+. Again, I verified with my insurance that my policy is the same and still active. My insurance agent informed me that I was the 4th person to call this month from this credit union with the same issue, then offered insurance directly through the credit union. I'm not sure what system this credit union has in regards to insurance verification but I have never had this issue with any other bank or car loan.
