The man working today was amazing. He offered such great customer service and took care of the service so quickly. I am comparing the same service at the Ankeny location and it was night and day. WDM store, professional, fast, and affordable. Ankeny store, the opposite, stay away from that one.

Please include the IMEA code for the phone that is being repaired in the request through Asurion. I have 2 of the same types of phones on my account and set up the repair for the incorrect one because there was not an IMEA option. Had to do it by trial and error.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! Brought in my phone for a screen replacement. They broke my audio during phone calls and said all I can do is contact Google for a warranty replacement even though they caused the issue. I wouldn't do business with them again. No accountability for damages they caused.

I had a great experience with uBreakiFix! They replaced my cracked screen in the promised 2 hours. My phone was covered by Verizon, so no cost at the store.

Great experience. Not only were they open on Labor Day but they did a great job fixing up my phone after I stupidly broke the screen the day before.

I walked in to ask a couple of questions about a phone repair That was scheduled for 3 days from now. The associate looked at my phone. He told me that he would be right back. 10 minutes later, the screen on my phone was replaced. Wow! I didn’t expect that! Great service!

My Galaxy Note 9 speakers were not working well at all. Made a 10am appointment... and was outa there working like new by 10:11am... and had a great conversation about Alaska!Highly recommend this location!

Great service. Have a Samsung Galaxy Flip 3Z. Screen protector was lifting in the middle. Instead of warranting the phone through Best Buy for $200, Asurion was able to change the screen protector for a fraction of the cost.

Us Cellular said we needed a new phone, min $700. We went to Asurion and they fixed our phone in about 2 minutes and said "no charge". These guys are awsome.

I had come to them regarding a display issue on my iPhone which apple had claimed was not fixable and I would have to pay 700$ out of pocket to get it fixed.Thankfully, I bought AT&T insurance and they sent me to Asurion who fixed it really quickly. The team was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Furthermore, they went above and beyond (replaced missing screws) to fix my phone and keep costs to a minimum. I strongly recommend Asurion for all technology needs and they have certainly made a customer for life!

A month ago I got my screen replaced and after it was done, my volume buttons were stuck and my phone was making a weird sound when i pressed on it. When I went back in they told me it was my fault because I put it in my Jean pocket and sit on it. Shortly after I had a huge black dot develop and went back in and they told me to submit another claim. I then decided to go in a third time and complain. I luckily got Phil and he said new management took over on 6/2. Phil was absolutely amazing and did everything to help. The new management was already 100 times better than any help I had received before.

I tried going in yesterday an hour after they opened and the door was locked and no one answered the phone. I then went the next day and was able to make it in but talked to a very condescending employee who was very rude while explaining how they can’t help with anything that had to do with their “third party.” I understand that it wasn’t their fault what goes on with their third party but this guy was not helpful or even nice in any way. He even cut me off multiple times while I was talking to him. Definitely do not recommend this location.

If I could rate 0 stars I would, absolutely terrible service. I made an appointment to come in an hour after opening, but no one was even inside. The lights were on but the door was locked, and no one answered the phone. If this place wasn't a franchise it'd be out of business already.
