I would not recommend this company to any new or existing business. They are rude and never know an answer to a question or concern. We used them for a little over a year and one accountant that was handed our account said \\\" they didn't even know we existed\\\" so nothing had been done on our end as they promised making a mess and costing us and our customers close to 100k in taxes they never should have been paid. Then they wanted me to do the leg work to fix it... The front desk gal acted annoyed anytime we called. This was our first year in business so we wanted them to handle EVERYTHING yet I found myself having to learn how to do their job for them...
