Getting personal service with buying and fitting clothes is a treat! The quality is always there with the products, but the personal service is the topper. Sure, you can go to a Nordstrom's, and that feels nice, but the items aren't made for you, designed for you and arranged for you. Even with the great service, it's still 'off the shelf' items. Nothing like a Tom James experience.
