Unlike Schwab that kept all the info at your fingertips you have to go digging for year highs and lows on a stock and press another tab to see only that dayLoss. Then another to see your yr to date loss. They can make it look like you’re up when one trade goes through after hours when in fact you lost 15 k that day . It should be easier and let’s not talk about their out of date analyst reports or none at all.

They say no fees for trades but now have jacked up maintenance fees to off set the cost. Keep doing this, I'm leaving.

Knowledgeable, friendly and really seem to want to help. I have been in the West Des Moines office on several occasions and have always found them willing to do whatever they could to help or explain their online service.

Found them to be very helpful and conscientious, but not pushy. Allow you to make your own decisions or you can get an adviser, totally up to you.
