I love Target in general, but this Target is one of the best ones I've been in. It's clean and organized every single time I come here. Staff is super friendly and helpful.I never have issues finding anything. Shelf's are always stocked. The parking lot isn't crazy chaotic and the carts are constantly being picked up and brought back in. They have a beautiful Starbucks inside as well. They are fast with pick ups.Definitely one of the best Targets available.

I was diagnosed with diabetes REQUIRING INSULIN on Monday, March 20, an order was put in electronically from the doctor to CVS Pharmacy. On Wednesday, March 22, after checking 10 or 12 times, still no insulin. At my diabetes education at 12 noon on the 22nd, the doctor called CVS and spoke to Holly asking why the needed insulin was not available. The Pharmacist said to give them an hour or so and it would be ready. That was at 12:18 pm. At 4:20 pm the Pharmacist, Holly, said she still didn't have it ready, her excuse, they were busy. I spent time getting sick, throwing up, and walking around faint because the Pharmist didn't care enough to prioritize a much needed prescription. Even after the Pharmacist said she would work on it, she continued to service other customers like she didn't care I needed insulin. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE. NO CARE! In addition ever wonder why this CVS doesn't give you the survey that prints out but collects them on the side then throws the bunch away?

This Target (and everyone) are getting ridiculous. Everything is $4+ higher than it should and they don't even have what you need. Just awful Target-branded substitutes that should be lower priced. At least Walmart and HyVee-branded items are cheap. Good and Gather? Up & Up? They just take up shelf space and are just as expensive as name brand items. Good luck finding what you need. Anything you want they're out of.

All I can say is one weird place. I was looking for a size of jeans and didn't stack them back up and the female employee actually asked if I can put them back. umm, no...plus they follow me around like I'm a thief, my friends have said that too. On to wall-mart from now on...

Came to West Des Moines for the weekend for a sporting event. I forgot a couple things and placed a pickup order; went inside gave the girl my name. Besides the two workers there was another girl standing there that seemed to be their friend. As I'm waiting for my order, this girl looks at her friend that's working and says loudly- "There's no reason someone needs to be picking up an order this late."It's 7pm on a Friday night and the store is open until 9... does it matter?!? The workers standing there (her friends) didn't say anything to her, didn't say anything to me. Handed me the bag and turned around and walked away. This Target is beautiful and I was looking forward to walking around and buying a couple other things but after that experience I have no desire to step foot in this location again...

It is really frustrating when all the registers that are open are by self-checkout by grocery and nothing is open at the other end where lots of people come in and leave. I am sure you just want us to walk by more stuff to possibly buy more but it's really annoying it have to walk to one end to check out and then back to leave. Maybe have a few registers at the non-grocery side. And I have mentioned this to people at customer service.

Stopped in around 7pm on a Thursday. Spacious. Clean. There is a grocery portion of the store with hot and cold foods. Also a beer/wine/liquor section.I got everything I needed to snack on for a few days. I had a lovely interaction with the nicest cash register employee.
