I’m incredibly disappointed in this location. Talbots offers a lot of options, very good quality of clothing. I especially like this brand for my Mother as it washes well and last a long time. Back to this location, I was offered zero help, 3-4 employees and no other customers present. This is why I prefer WHBL, excellent service there.

I love to shop at Talbots in West Des Moines because once I know my size in a certain style, sales associates can quickly help me find what I want. I think the workers at this store have been trained well. They know their merchandise and seem happy to help when asked. In addition to that, everyone wears a mask and that's important to me.

I was in the store on Mon, 11/9/20 and received zero customer service. Upon entering I saw 2 sales clerk, who also saw me, one was on the phone. Once she finished on the phone they both walked as far back in the store as possible, which is essentially 3 stores deep. As I wandered back to the middle of the store I overheard them discussing Jared Kushner! They never acknowledged I was there! I was the only customer in the store. Worst experience I have ever had at a Talbot's!

I am visiting my mother here at Brio for Thanksgiving and finally had an opportunity to look for Christmas gifts for her! She loves Talbots! We went to Indian Hill Center store. Mom picked out various items so my niece and her husband each bought one, she paid for her own top but, when I brought up my item, I was informed by the clerk that my item would be 40% off, not 50%! Then, we heard the clerks talking and pointing at us about how we cheated the sales! These were Christmas gifts! Considering the price of your clothing, these women should have been grateful for our patronage. My name is in your system but I will be hard pressed to shop in this Talbot again!
