We spent 5 hours in this store to switch from a different provider. They assigned us a business account instead of a customer account and added a third line and insurance without asking. Manager was unhelpful and staff seemed uninterested.

Customer service sucks

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, they don’t want to work and they don’t want to help customers. If you need assistance go to other tmobile around town!

Maya and Michael P. were extremely helpful in talking with customer service to get an issue resolved with T-mobile customer service. T-mobile needs to give their employees more authority with accounts and not send me to a customer service line located in the Philippines!

Switch from at&t to tmobile and made the mistake of going no to this store was promised certain promotions and different things and the reality turned out to be completely different, management does not own up to their mistakes, Explicitly told them I didn’t want any protection plan and they added it anyways. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU TO BOOST THEIR NUMBERS. this whole thing happened at the beginning of october and to this day I am still having to call customer care to see if anyone can fix my issue, filed a complaint with the their main company because this is a third party store not a corporate store and was promised a call back which I am still waiting for, they clearly don’t care. Again DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!Shame the review cannot be 0 stars.

1 star is too kind for this store. I regretfully switched from Verizon back in May because the sales person told me I would get a free Apple Watch AND they would give me a visa gift card for paying off my phone. I was told once I receive my final bill from Verizon, to bring it back into the store & they would submit the form for me so I could receive my gift card. Weeks went by & no gift card. I went back to the store in July and requested the manager's assistance. He blamed his employee and apologized for the mistake. He filed the paperwork again and told me to wait. It is now September and I have no gift card so I went back to the store and to my surprise that manager and employee no longer work there. Let me tell you, they did not upgrade... I walked in and a guy wearing headphones came out of the back at me and said "how can I help you?" Once he took his headphones out, I explained my situation to him and asked if there was a manger on duty that could help me. His response was "Yeah that's me." He wasn't friendly at all & it seemed like I was annoying him even though all I was asking him to do was his job. He had me pull up some documents on my phone & when the claim was denied, he tried to tell me it was too late & there was nothing they could do. I asked him why I should be penalized for a mistake that not only one but two employees of this store made? I'm out $500 because of the trained employees of this store? He looked around and said, "Yeah I mean there is nothing I can do." I asked if there was anyone above him that I could speak to, I was told no & my best option is to call the customer service number. There were also no employees on the floor, everyone was hiding out in the back, I walked in and no one was out there. There were also no customers in the store probably for a good reason. Anyone with any sense would avoid this place. I ended up calling customer service and they were beyond helpful and disgusted at this stores behavior. All I want is my $500 that was promised to me.

Please make sure they are not promising stuff that is not going to be recognized by TMobile's main Customer Service. With the Go5GPlus, I was promised a free line and another deduction. Instead of $285 bill (from $195), it ended up being $340. Store couldn't get it fixed (as they told me), so I had to spend over an hour with Customer Service to put me back on my old plan. Also, when you change plans that involve Netflix, you do need to redeem it under the new plan, or Netflix will charge you. This may also apply to AppleTV and other streaming services. I also now own two new phones with monthly payments versus free trade-in phones. Issue: HQ isn't training their folks properly (got different sells pitch from two different stores). But store managers are still responsible for the proficiency of their employees.

Went in to upgrade 2 new iPhones to the 14 pro and was quoted over $200 more than we were told on the phone. Employees looked like they didn’t care about anyone or trying to make a sale. Our saleswoman huffed and puffed the entire time. 10/10 would not recommend this store. Went to a different location and got the same thing we were asking for for over $200 less.

I would give this store a 0 star rating if possible. The employees are liars and will say whatever it takes to make you sign up for the services. DO NOT trust them. They promised my family several "deals" that ended up somehow no longer being valid or had suddenly expired. They will tell you that "You have my word," or "Trust me we will make it happen." They will even write it down on paper to give you a "guarantee" but none of it ended up happening. This represented $3000+ of promised valued that was not delivered. Steer clear of this store because you will definitely have a negative experience.

Came into Tmobile mad cause I was charged when I was told I would not be by a different location. Reps greeted me and suggested I contact customer service. The manager was coming in the door over heard the issue. He made several calls and got things fixed. Great people skills on all levels Thanks Tmobile in the mall

My mom had a T-Mobile account and passed away. They are miserable people to try to disconnect the line. I've been working for two months probably 12 phone calls emails. Nothing happens there a heartless company no one should use.

My daughter's phone randomly shut off during work and she went in after work and told them what the problem was, instead of investigating the phone they just gave her an insurance pamphlet and told her to make a claim. I went to a different T-Mobile and they actually helped and investigated the phone fully. I don't recommend ever going to this T-Mobile store, they just look very disinterested and are very unhelpful.

EXCELLENT and FRIENDLY service. Trent and Samantha helped me and my wife upgrade phones and transfer my service, and even offered to stay a little late to get the job done. We had a wonderful experience here and would recommend it. The staff went out of their way to make sure we got the best deal and were very helpful. Thank you!!!Edit: Trent spent most of the day today on and off the phone with me on like 5 different calls trying to get my number ported, kept a helpful and cheerful attitude the whole time. Great team they have there.

I have been a Sprint and now T-Mobile business customer for over 10 years. I recently upgraded our phones and was told that each line would be charged an additional $8 per line by Sam in the store. When I received my bill only 4 lines were charged an additional $8, other line was charge an additional $33 ($25 more than quoted). I spent hours with customer service over the phone to get it corrected and was told "it will be reviewed and we will call you back" - never called back. I then went to the store (were I was told that it would be an additional $8 per line) , after investigated they told me the promotion was only good for 4 lines, and there was nothing they could do. I was told to contact customer service at there 800# and offer no other solution - I was willing to return the phones and disconnect lines.
