Stopped in for a haircut, got the impression from the lady behind the counter that she had much better things to do than deal with me. Was rudely instructed to sign in on the jankiest touch screen I've ever seen, couldn't register my phone number for whatever reason. Counter lady watched me enter and delete my info half a dozen times, did not offer to assist. So, I left & went to the SuperCuts 2 minutes away and got a great haircut with wonderful service.I will definitely go back to the SuperCuts, I can't imagine a situation where I will ever give Sportsclips another try.

I took my kids to get hair cuts yesterday. Their hair cuts turned out great. However, I didn't catch the stylist putting product in my son's hair before we left. I'm very sensitive to scents and chemicals so I would've declined for him if asked. I've washed his hair 7 times now, and I cannot get the product scent out. I don't know what this is but it's very strong and I don't know what to do to remove it. I've tried regular shampoo, tea tree shampoo, dish soap 3xs, dog shampoo, regular shampoo again, nothing is taking it away. I'm at a loss. I've been pouring sweat with a headache since yesterday from the fragrance and I cannot remove it. Bummer we weren't asked if we'd like the product put in, and I should've thought to up front say please no product.She did a great job with his hair, but the chemicals are too much for me.

Got in around 7:15 and got my cut. They were very friendly. Usually people aren’t the happiest when they close in 45 minutes and you walk in. The gal that cut my hairs did amazing

Usually get a decent haircut here, but it’s not worth it. I checked in online, arrived ten minutes prior to the time the app stated as my “required” arrival time. I was then told it would be another forty-five minutes before I could get in. This is not the first time their app was way off. If the wait time changed, the app should reflect the changes.

Sports clips feels like an average place to go, if you don't like to set up an appointment, like Great Clips, but with TVs and employees pushing you to add on services.

Its my favorite place to get my haircut all workers are very nice do a fantastic job compared to great clips they dont take there time they cut my hair un even thats why i only come to sports clips its because i love hot towel and especially back and shoulder massage ?♀️ and head massage ?♂️

I used their Sport Clips App to make an appointment and check-in at 4:30pm. According to the app the wait was 88mins which would mean I should be there at around 6:00pm. I checked in at 6:08pm. I was not seen until 7:30pm. I should have left. People who were ahead of me that were over an hour late to their appointment still got to keep their position in line

People were friendly enough. It's definitely more about how many people they can get through rather than giving a quality haircut. I won't be going back
