Smythe Tow Truck Service did an excellent job with my 235i. They successfully towed my car, which had been lowered by a few inches, without any issues. Amazingly, they even answered my phone call at 5am! I highly recommend their services. After trying out various towing companies in the past, Smythe Tow Truck Service will be my go-to choice from now on.

I'm a roadside service provider myself But found myself stranded in Iowa On the interstate... A very kind professionalAnd friendly cab driver Named russ picked Us up And brought us to get car parts And helped us fix our car And Call This Company Who he knows.... They got us off the highway into safety. The cab driver russ of freedom taxi even helped us with the tow and put us up in a hotel room.... thank you to russ and his wife @ freedom taxi and Alex and Cole@ central iowa towing and the extremely kind folks at fleet farm who Gave us Bags and bags of food And toys for our child. Fleet farm managers and staff We're extremely kind and helpful to myself and my family while we were stranded and even helped us. Try to find part stores and get us on the road.

Should get a ZERO! Never towed my jeep like they were supposed to. I found out from city police 6 hours later. Never got notified and got no response back when I tried contacting them.

You'll get a 1 star from me, spoke to a lady named Cassandra. Was trying to get a vehicle unloaded off my trailer and needed assistance. Lady kept saying one moment one moment then just hung up. Didn't answer me anymore nor called back.
