“My daughter and I visited the SoftMoc store in Jordan Creek Mall in Des Moines for the first time. I was very pleased with their huge selection and style of shoes! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Thank you Kelcie for going above and beyond to make sure I received the shoes, style and size that I needed and for helping me get signed up for the SoftMoc Rewards that I could use anytime!! Even when the store got busier, Kelcie and staff helped the customers, Kelcie checked on me making sure I was taken care of. My girlfriend and I walked in, and were greeted with a smile by a woman who introduced herself as Dawn, and asked how she could help.We told her what we needed (shoes where my girlfriend could be on her feet for a long period of time), and Dawn happily took us to a quiet place in the store and brought us a few options.
