“They have a good selection of casual and athletic shoes. Whenever I go in, they offer to help right away. When I just want to browse for a while, they are ready to help when I find what I want. At times when they are very busy, they do a great job of handling customers as quickly as possible.”

“This place still has Dicky pants that aren't the flex fit . And they are conformable as they can get . The sales guy was really nice. I went in after work all dirty and he didn't treat me like bass pro shop. When I was there I was treated like I didn't have the money to pay for my cart . So thank you boot barn .”
“I visited SoftMoc for the first time this afternoon. I was on a mission to get Ugg slippers for my wife, and they have a plentiful supply of Uggs. I would have bought the present here, but the customers were keeping the employees too busy, so I opted to go across the hall to Scheels, buy I'll be back to SoftMoc next time I'm in the market for Uggs.”
“Great place, good choices for men's shoes. I was impressed with the amount of work shoes, but that's where the variety stopped. Leisure shoes were bland, and unless you want a huge Nike checkmark in your face, mostly colorless. Blacks, whites, grays, navy; so many muted colors. I found a decent pair, though they highly resembled my previous ones.”

“My husband and I visited this location for the second time due to the superior service we received from Jim the first time, and to take advantage of the 20% off Fit Exchange Program. We were sad to see Jim wasn't working but were quickly greeted by Sophie. She provided the same type of exemplary service that we experienced before with Jim. She was happy to help by looking up my husbands pants size on the computer, and showing us where the items were located. At checkout Sophie pointed out the dxl cologne next to the register and mentioned it was also eligible for the 20% off. My husband initially declined and we finished the checkout process with no issues. By the time he made it out to the car he changed his mind about wanting the collage(which smells amazing by the way) and asked me to go back inside and get it. I expected to pay full price since we had already completed the first transaction, but Sophie took the 20% off again without me even asking. I'm not sure what they are putting in the water at this location, but Jim and Sophie are obviously a different breed of salespeople. Customer service like this is will keep myself and I'm sure many others picking this store and location over others. A+++”
