I asked for a quote, I asked why it was so much-$90 for a cockapoo that is not even 18 pounds. I am sure that they do an amazing job, Brown grooming is $70 + tip & taxes, they are amazing - just do not have any openings in the time frame that I need. I declined to make an appointment; please read the unprofessional and rude response that I received. I did inform her that I can in fact afford it! I just choose not to as I’m sure their products are not more luxurious than other spas lol. I am practical, I don’t spend that much on my haircuts unless I have color or a treatment , but of course than it’s into the $150 plus tax and tip lol smh I’d give them a 0(if it would let me)for not being professional. They may want to revise how they respond to potential clients. I think that making assumptions well lol ! She did apologize, but it was already done so you can see what she sent

We just moved to WDM and was looking for a local groomer for our Jack Russell. I found Shaggy to Chic Boutique by looking up local places with good reviews. They did an amazing job working with me for an early drop off due to work, and when I picked up Scamp he was super happy and clean! Definitely will return soon!

I take two of my dogs here. Claire has been wonderful with both and has worked amazingly with their unpredictable “doodle” hair while honoring my wishes. They come home smelling like cupcakes, and in great spirits. The price isn’t the cheapest around but their great work is worth it!

My bernedoodle was groomed at Shaggy to Chic West Des Moines and my pup looks great - and everyone was so friendly! Highly recommend!

Such a great experience for our first visit. The groomer was so sweet and attentive and did a great job. My morkie left looking super cute :) highly recommend!!!

Teddy has some anxiety with groomers and the car in general. They were great with him. He looks so dapper and was snuggling with his groomer after. Already scheduled his next visit.

Always a good job! I was taking our dog someplace else for years but got tired of it being 4 to 5 hours before our pet was finished. Shaggy to Chic... gets it done in a couple. I have used a couple groomers there and both were excellent. I'm so glad I found them! Give them a try.
