The cashier wouldn’t listen to me when I said I didn’t want a credit card, made me think I was signing up for rewards to get Kohl’s cash and then when it got to the question about my social security number, I told her that it shouldn’t be needed if I’m just signing up for rewards. To which, she got upset and told me that she was signing me up for that to get 30% off (which I got anyway for signing up for rewards apparently) and that it’d be silly not to do. Then when I told her for the 3rd time I don’t want it, the rest of the interaction went sour as she was rude and practically threw my items at me. I get wanting the incentive and wanting to give me an additional 30% off my purchase, but this is not the way to do that.

Kurt was very unhelpful when I was trying to exchange a damaged product. I had a Sephora kohl's employee from Coralville go above and beyond to help, even call her up to help me make an exchange and she just refused because she can, it's not the type of attitude you should have in a customer service field.

Visited here with my mom- we are both in love with a lipstick shade that was discontinued. Popped in here and the associate immediately not only locked in a color but also a formula-type of lipstick that matched the one that was discontinued. THRILLED! He made shopping so much fun. His knowledge of products including which ones were popular over others made me feel like our other purchases were smart ones. Did not feel pressured to spend more money than I was comfortable with; was so nice to not feel judged for having a budget. I look forward to the next time I run out of a product so I can visit again! SOO much personal attention given in the best way possible. Sephora gets it right! LOVE!

While buying makeup at Sephora one of the male workers was heckling me because I didn’t want to give them my email address. Last I checked all I needed to buy makeup was money.

Kurt made my Christmas shopping a breeze! She is the best. I got honest and thoughtful suggestions. Luckily we were able to find a new contour palette after my fave was discontinued and got my sister a new scent! She helped me find sales and great products. Highlight of my day. Thanks Kurt!

The associates at this store were excellent. It was very obvious they were short staff. The store was a mess and line at checkout long and slow. But the associated were very polite , informative and friendly.

kohls, I am irritated. I've Tried to take your survey at least 3 times and every time I try to do it talk to text it kicks me out. I am irritated because you make us all walk in one door together. I am assuming that's a safety counter measure but it doesn't make much sense with your shoving us off together and then you make us all go to 1 checkout and wait forever in line with everybody else. You counter act your safety measure. And anybody that's immune compromised or fatally sick or just can't walk, your screwing them over because they have to walk from one end of the store to the other end of the store, then they have to stand with everybody and their brother that's in the store. You have 2 doors, keep both doors open, let us walk in both doors, may be short staffed but you know what, put your cashiers at 2 different ends so that I don't have to stand with everybody else when I am checking out ,you've got a line a 4th of the way around the store I don't want to stand with everybody else in the store. You have some thinking to do. It would really be nice if your survey didn't keep kicking me out every time I try to take it. #kohls

Mills Civic Kohl's employees need a lot of customer service training. They are the only Kohls in the area I have problems with.
