I was woken up by crow tow at 2am telling me I had to move my broken down car out of the our driveway, I called Roy’s towing and the lady I spoke to was very kind and helpful. Their driver Tyrone came and helped us out within the hour and got us taken care of! He was amazing! He provided Excellent service and he saved us so much money! Will 100% use them again for future needs.

they trasported my sons car and damaged it. They claimed it was damaged by my son but i watched them load it and i asked him to stop dragging it. He said talk to management and file a complaint.

I was in the drive through line at Walgreens pharmacy and my truck suddenly wouldn't go back into drive from sitting in park. I shut my vehicle off and put on my hazards. While on hold with the dispatch with Roys, by pure happenstance, a Roy's tow truck pulled into the Walgreens parking lot. Talked with the driver Kyle and he was happy to help. As he was getting ready to tow my truck, we went to move the shifter into neutral and immediately knew what was wrong. He showed me that the shift linkage between the transmission and the shifter had fallen off. Within about 5 minutes, Kyle used some bailing wire to reconnect the linkage so that the truck was driveable again and sent me on my way with the advice to go to the auto parts store or my mechanic for a more permanent repair. I'm super appreciative of the help - Thanks - Highly recommend Roy's Towing and Recovery.
