Was there for 45 minutes, tried on all sorts of shoes but never had staff help me. One guy I did see was standing by the register the entire time I was in there and was obviously too busy listening to his air pods to pay attention to their customers. Didn't greet me coming in or going out. Not impressed with all the empty spaces they had. Lots of cute shoes, but none in my size on the shelf!

I’ve shopped there twice recently and was fortunate to have Rachel, an Assistant Manager assist me. She was professional, knowledgeable, polite and personable. Every business should have a Rachel.

Customer service is always really good here! Shoe prices? Not that great! Especially when you know they are made in China and marked up 60%, if not more!
I do like the new slip-on work shoes!

I love red wing boots quality stuff pricey but it does last a long time and on certain items you can send it back to the manufacturer and they will resole them and make them as new as possible. You have to pay for that of course but I think it's a damn good deal

Always a positive experience every time I have been to this store. Each of the Staff have always been knowledgeable, patient & professional. It is a little further drive to this store than the previous I had used, but quite glad I have found this location, it is the only I will use from now on.
