Very simple process. I just said what bike I wanted and the workers bring it to me. Even when the seat was too high they cut the length for me. Would buy again

The bike service dude (terrible with names, sorry) put my bike trailer hitch on right away and then helped me figure out a water bottle cage (he installed it too) a lock and panniers. It was such a great experience.
