Had my phone screen repaired and a new protector put on for what was supposed to be $135. Find out after the fact he charged $210! Watch out for this first and foremost. He will up-charge a lot hoping you won't catch it.Secondly, the next day my phone looked like it fell 10 feet with the phone screen badly smashed and the screen protector in one piece on the floor next to it.The damage was a result of him putting on the screen too fast and not securing it correctly. This caused insane pressure on the screen so the slightest ding made it crack. This is why the protector was perfectly intact but the screen broken. There are other reviews with the same issue.We went back to store to address issue but the owner did nothing but try to sell a replacement again. When We mentioned our concerns his exact words were "too bad, not my fault, not my problem!" Then he took it up 1000 levels with hostility, screaming, and moving closer to us while telling us to back away from him.He starts yelling "you don't know who I am" and "do what you want, I don't care". We left because he was obviously approaching some kind of insane fever rage. We didn't want it to escalate and further. There are good reviews on his store but notice that when something goes wrong- he attacks the customer and refuses to return money.This guy needs to be put out of business. Bad work. Bad customer service. Hostile. If you have an experience with him please leave a bad review and reach out to the BBB as well. This guy will eventually end up fist fighting a customer.

I can't say enough terrible things about this place and the man who operates it. We took my husbands phone in on July 14th, as the screen that he had replaced had broken less than a year. We took it there because he said we had a 1 year warranty, which he didn't honor, due to damage. We just wanted the phone fixed so we agreed. He initially said he was charging us a discounted rate of $130, but at the end, it somehow came to $220. He pushed us to buy his screen protector and so we added that on too. The next DAY! the protective screen JUST SLID OFF as it dropped from the couch to the floor, a distance of less than a foot. If the protective screen had stuck, there is NO way the screen would have broken. The protective screen just wouldn't go back on anymore after that, as if the surface of the glass was uneven. We went back for help and he started yelling and told us to stand away from him because we were threatening him! Then he said he would fix it but give us a discount. I told him he was supposed to give us a discount too but didn't. That's when he got really angry and said " go do whatever the hell you like but I won't fix you screen. " We asked to see the case for the protective screen and he said he wouldn't give it to us. This is not the way you treat customers who paid $220 for an item under warranty.

We had our screen repaired on our iPhone. He was super friendly and said it had a warranty and put a screen protector on "for free". Within 30 days the screen protector broke as well as the replacement screen. We went back and he said he would take care of it. When he was done he charged us another $100+. When I asked about the warranty he tried to explain this wasn't under warranty. So within 30 days, I spent almost $300 on a new screen. When the second replacement screen broke yesterday (not dropped, was in a purse), we took it to a place in Ankeny who has a 1-year warranty on their replacement screens. Do not go here. He is fast at replacing screens and even faster at charging you. But he's always going to give you a "better price" which he doesn't do for everyone. He will pull out his price sheet and show you what a discount you are getting. I would not recommend this place for repairs for your iPhone. Go anywhere but here.

Owner was rude I would never come back. Take your phone elsewhere not here. I asked him for the prices and he kept trying to upsell me. After the 3rd time I asked he finally told me $160. And then he referred to me as a camel back rider. Idk what he even meant about that but he was rude and disrespectful especially to a new customer that was inquiring about services.

Friendly, fast and reasonable price compared to other stores. Warranty for the work done as well. 10/10 would recommend

Brought a a iphone 6 64 gb phone and found out the phone will cost 300 to fix the phone to work it was broken when I brought it I paid 149 plus taxes it don't say all sales are final on the the sign at the stand

Normally I would go online to amazon to purchase glass screen protectors but this time I didn't want to wait since I just purchased a new iPhone for my teenager. I tell the salesman what I won't he says ok, takes my money and makes sure my just purchased item is wrapped in a nice unbreakble case. Very quick transaction. I get home to open the package only to find out the protector is already broken. Why didn't I look at it before leaving kiosk? I really didn't think someone could be so low to sell me an already broken product. Mind you ONE (1) screen protector from their store is 19.99 but there was a half off deal going that day. I shake it off to maybe it was a honest mistake. I went back the next day to the same guy who sold me the damaged product with receipt and was told there was nothing that could be done. Basically I just gave them free money. From now on I will just stay purchasing from trusted companies and not ones who care more about the money. This company is a rip-off!
