Really great gym- especially if you're a mom!! It's the only gym in the area with 2hrs/day childcare while you're working out. Missy and the ladies are wonderful with my babies so I can go work out and know they're safe and cared for. The hot tub in the locker room breaks down periodically (only reason to not have 5 stars) but they're pretty good about getting in back up and running when it happens.

This gym is overrun by middle school and high school kids during the evenings. No gym etiquette between other members. Too busy. Can't ever get on any machines, even in the 1-2 hours I am there. Consultant told us the crowds would calm down a few months after the new year and it has not at all. Wish we didn't sign a year contract! Would not recommend this gym AT ALL!

This is not a great place to work out if you're an adult. At night the weight area is always overrun with middle and high school kids hogging the equipment and not wiping it down after use. Many pieces of cardio equipment are messed up or completely broken down. If they do put a out of order sign on something it's usually broken for weeks.

I like all of the weight machines that is available along with the inside track for walking and the indoor swimming pool for swimming in the winter.

My first experience was being sold to buy a sixth month membership because it was cheaper than the three month even though I was only in the area three months for work. After the sixth months, which was more expensive, my membership did not cancel. After multiple phone calls and emails my membership was still not cancelled. During the phone calls I was told a manager would call me back (never did), that the cancellation would be handled (was not), and I was abruptly hung up on twice when trying to cancel. When I finally drove back to the gym to cancel, as I had been living out of town and had been since my initial end of the three month period I wanted, I was charged an additional month because I had not informed Genesis of my desire to cancel in time. While at the gym, I also had a poor experience. The basketball courts (why I got a membership) would have water on the courts half the time I went in the morning. The courts would be wet and dangerous to play on. I stopped coming so I wouldn't get hurt. I also had an awful experience with their "Free Personal Training Sessions." I received a phone call asking if I wanted my sessions, which I declined, and was guilted into using them to "help the gym" get better and serve its clients. This was a bold lie; however, I agreed to use the sessions. Every time I stepped foot into the gym after accepting my first session, the abhorrent levels of greed and salesmanship constantly trying to guilt me into signing up for more sessions (after I said no) was truly without honor. The facilities were outdated and dangerous and the staff, trainers, and management were of the lowest quality outside of the single welcome desk helper who was a shining star of an employee at Genesis. I will never return to this gym. After hundreds of dollars from being convinced to sign up for a longer cheaper plan that smacked me with dishonest hidden fees and an inability to cancel my membership I am disappointed this gym remains in business.

Genesis did not care that members were using their phones in the shower area where people have no clothing on. When I asked a manager to help me, they confronted the two 20 somethings for ten seconds and then apologized to them and let them keep their phones. (It was happening all the time, but this was the final straw) They didn't care at all that I was a member since 2009. And even had an Omaha membership. I don't matter at all to them and they don't care that I am not safe nor are their current members. All it takes is one person misusing the phone for real, and the damage will never be able to be undone. The regional director called me and justified his own person use of his cell phone in the locker room. Unsafe. Accountability is possible.

Great start to the morning. Cardio room has plenty of equipment even during a rush. Other days, a run around the indoor track does the trick. Lots of free weights and weight machines to finish off workout. Reasonably priced and great deal for a family.

The facilities were sufficient for my needs but having to pay near $80 a month then having to pay a $100 break fee when my wife got orders to a different duty station is pretty ridiculous. When not more than a week after I joined they were blasting $25 a month with no enrollment fees. The only reason I signed up was because it was the only gym in the area with child care.

When I walked in I met Chrissy Cassill and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also she Introduced me to Branson Hehnke he was very kind and helped me with the protein powders and stuff. He answers every question I asked. I ended up buying some protein powder and it was very good. I definitely recommend this place. Awesome staff. Thank you.Lonie Bristoll

We joined and enjoyed this facility for quite some time. Something has CHANGED. The ladies locker room has had the hot tub CLOSED FOR MONTHS. No one seems to know or care if or when it will be fixed. I would agree the facility as a whole is declining and management does not care. Says you can have a free guest, but I have had to always pay for mine. I do like other gym goers and therefore, I will keep going - however - the whole closed hot tub for OVER 4 months is ANNOYING! Just fix it.

First day going to this gym was really good! Jake who helped me out was really nice and knew how to hold a conversation. He didn’t pressure me into anything that I didn’t already want:) a little nervous when I first got in but overall had a great time and the price isn’t half bad!!!

I've been using this gym for several years. It used to be the nicest facility in the area. The employees are courteous and professional and there is a wide array of equipment but the facilities have markedly deteriorated. The cardio room is uncomfortably muggy and hot. The shower/steam room areas are routinely filthy as of late, as is the pool deck. Just unacceptable. These areas in particular which need to be kept clean for basic hygiene are often left uncleaned for days on end. The steam room often smells terrible and is visibly dirty. The showers aren't much better, with dirt and hair gracing the floors. It's gross. This could be addressed with basic daily cleaning. It seems like an egregious dereliction of duty by the management. For the amount I pay to use this gym, I expect at the least a clean facility.

Love coming here. Been coming to this club since November 2020 and I have only good things to say. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The club is always very clean. The sauna and steam room are always clean. Couldn't recommend more. The only complaint I have is, it can get quite hot inside on warmer days.
