“Staff are really nice. Never an issue. I wish the hours were extended though just a bit. I work the standard 9-5 kind of job and thats the po box hours... Makes it really hard for me to try to get here to get to my mail. PO box access is available limited on saturday but most of the time they hold the item instead of putting it in a box so I have to speak to someone to get it.... Which means I can't get it on saturday. The hours are my only issue here. Location and staff are great.”
“I had an amazing experience with this office! I needed to get into my mailbox but I had lost my key.
After verifying my info, they called all three drivers who split my route to make sure they could contact the correct person and let them know to transfer my packages to a Luxer machine.
They really went above and beyond to make sure I could get my mail, and for that I’m super grateful. 5 stars!”
“Unbelievable staff. Everyone is working hard to make sure all needs are fulfilled! Even though the parking lot is packed you would hardly be able to tell. The entire store is operating so smoothly. The isles are clean and friendly. The staff is oozing helpful smiles. I got everything I need, mailed a packages, made a great friend and was on my way. I will definitely be returning. “They have the best employees at this location.I usually print out my labels at home and drop my packages off at this location. One time I had an international package and was going to pay/fill out the customs form in the office. I forgot my wallet, offered to just come back the next day. The sweet lady working told me she would pay with her own money for it to get shipped out and I could pay her back the next time I'm there. I came back the next day of course to pay her back, that was very sweet and generous on her part.”
“They had trouble getting in to my locked condo building to deliver my crib mattress, but when contacted about it they went above and beyond to get it to us. Great communication, great happy dispositions! Thanks for all you do USPS!”
“People always give post offices a bad rap. But that's because people are often in terrible moods and then blame it on everyone else.I've NEVER had issues or difficulties at this post office. Beth is always so kind and helpful, as are the other workers here.”

“Too everyone complaining about their delivery of mail. As someone who has a direct relative that works for USPS, it is NOT the carrier's fault for the way the system is set up. The USPS is an antiquated system and needs a major overhaul. The carriers are great, hardworking people and work extremely long hours. You can see them driving around the neighborhoods sometime at 8-9:00pm. Believe me when I say, they are overworked because of how the system is run by upper management and Post Master. Be kind to your carriers please. They are just the messenger.”
“Emily (or Emma?) greeted me immediately upon entry and acquired my package with the wrong address! She saved me time and money, and I appreciate it! Much more satisfying than the automated phone menus”

“I receive my mail out of this post office facility. My mail delivery people are nice, efficient and they have 99% accuracy in delivery of correct items. I seldom go to the actual location but when I have the staff have been very nice and eager the assist me.”

“Regarding the Trucks and loads part and stuff I have to say that it is the best USPS in the entire country,,These guys here are amazing and do an extraordinary job,,you have to unhook the trailer and wait for them to return it but there you can sleep and no one bothers you even if your trailer is already ready,,,The Best USPS around the entire Country,,Along with the USPS of Pittsburgh,,They are incredible,,???”
