I never go to this location but I did and was not disappointed. I was there late, at about 8:45 and the staff was friendly to me even though it was almost closing time! All the equipment was clean as well as locker room. I wish there was another adjustable cable machine but other than that everything was great

Took a shower at this location. I'm guessing by the amount of hair left in the uncleaned shower could be hairier than the Gorilla bathing pool at the Zoo.
Edit: Management contacted me with a corrective action. Changed to three stars.

I have been a member of Planet Fitness since they first opened up in Urbandale, IA. Then transferred to West Des Moines when they opened up, both places never a single complaint or issues.
