I see what other people mean by rude staff. I called to get a fax number. The woman answered the phone as "Iowa Pathology Lakeview". I asked if this was the West Dsm location since there are three in the Dsm metro. She snobbishly replied "I said this was Lakeview". Like saying Lakeview is automatically supposed to mean West Dsm

I don't normally rate laboratories but this is needed. Wait times are extremely long. Be prepared to wait 45 - 60 minutes after you arrive.
