Came in about a year ago, about an issue with my ring tarnishing less than three months of light usage. And they said that is normal and they can’t do anything about it but my ring was over $100. I just wanted to see if if the product was defective or was there something I could do about it. Since it was my first ever purchase with pandora. And they only recommended me to spend more money with them. Which I caved in and told them okay, and they sold me a 14k beautiful ring. That has not tarnished an Almost a year later. I came into pandora my second time now just to get my first cleaning on my ring. And the last said “oh this is the 14k gold, no changing colors I see”. Which to me was a very rude and unnecessary comment. I honestly don’t think I’ll come back and shop here or clean my ring here again. I did not enjoy my first experiences at pandora after hearing all good things about their jewelry and quality. And I did not experience that with my first piece. My ring now is beautiful and does not tarnish (which I would hope after spending over $300). But the attitude and customer service was not up to par. And the selling of “quality” items that are pricey for no to be items that last a few months with light use it upsetting.

We were in the Jordan Creek store tonight. My son was looking for a gift for his girlfriend. Ethan was so helpful and went above and beyond for us. We gave price parameters and style preference and Ethan did not disappoint! So many choices at the perfect price point. Excellent customer service, Ethan helped my son pick out the perfect gift! Ethan is definitely an asset to your store!

I got a ring ? from my Bestie, & the tiny chips on the side started falling out!!! I was so upset, because it was a special gift ? & I lost 4 chips in a day!!! I went to the Jordan Creek Mall Pandora store & the 2 ladies that helped me were SO KIND & CONSOLING. They could tell how upset I was, & they pulled up the store receipt from the email receipt that my friend had sent me from when she purchased my ring ?, & they got to work & got my ring replaced within an hour, with a FULL STORE. Both ladies were EXHAUSTED as they had worked the previous 2 days as well, & they had been packed!!!One of them said at one point there was a line that formed outside the store & people waited for well over an hour, while the staff in the store busted their humps to get EVERYONE WHAT THEY WANTED, & many were the guys getting jewelry for their gals?? ✌?If you are one of those Lucky ? Ladies who received a Pandora gift from JC Mall, know your guy cares about you & so does the staff at Pandora!!!!!?? ❤️???? ? ?

Absolutely rude on the phone. When I was trying to see if there was an item in stock because their website said to call for inventory information. So I did so and was planning on buying them over the phone and I was rude told it said they had to in stock but she couldn’t find them and wasn’t going to continue looking and she had 50 people in front of her. Then hung up

Bought a charm bracelet for $300 as a gift. Was hardly worn and we tried to make a return around the time it was allowed. The staff was very rude when we tried to make the return and they said the jewelry was “tarnished.”It was worn just a few times and hardly looked any different from the originally purchased item. The assistant manager Kathy was very rude and degrading. The store manager was not of help either.When they took off the charms of the bracelet to compare to the brand new ones they dropped all the charms and did not bother trying to find them on the floor. They did not get them until we reminded them about the charms right as we were leaving.The jewelry is not good quality and won’t stay in pristine condition. The store just wants to make quick money off you for selling items meant to discolor.Would not recommend purchasing anything here, way to expensive. Very rude staff. Would rate lower if possible.

I have purchased two bracelets from this location. Usually love the help, but the second one I got my girlfriend and I wasn't really sure of her wrist size. It was definitely too big and now I can't exchange it because it's been longer than 30 days. I really wish it could be a longer period of time now she won't even wear it because it's too large. What a waste of $500
