“I was expecting some not horribly friendly and matter of fact sales guys that also did oil changes. I was happily surprised that I was wrong. From the moment my car pulled in I was treated with kindness and was greeted with humor. Davante was absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable while also being humorous. He was very factual on what my car needed but didn’t try to force me to buy anything which made me feel wonderful. Each and every technician was so kind. I will 100% be back for every oil change!”
“I was in Des Moines for my daughter’s graduation, had a tire valve stem break, the top metal portion was broken off, which had a sensor. I had a 2 hour drive back home. I called multiple shops for assistance, with having a Volkswagen, it’s hard to find anyone outside of the dealership. Chris reassured they could help, not only did I get in right away, the service was fast, efficient and I was back on the road within 45 minutes. I would highly recommend.
