I called on the phone before to see if the item I was looking for was in stock and and very kind employee told me that it was in stock. The employee that I talked to on the phone and in person were very helpful. Everybody was was wearing masks and I felt very comfortable inside the store.

I usually use this place for scanning documents. they have a self serve area, but it's usually busy. the staff has helped me do it. today it was busy, the gentleman scanned them onto my USB drive quickly. he was polite and efficient. I've never had any issues with the store or staff. the line can be a wait for copying/scanning., but not a terrible long wait, and the staff was working hard at those times. from today's visit I get they're trying to push more people to use self service, but self service has been busy everytime I've gone in there They may need to rethink that or get more copiers.

Odd return policy. Even with a receipt they won't refund without the card purchase was made on. The only option is gift card. For sure don't buy gifts for other people.
