A month since my original order. Have called and gotten a voicemail and left callback information multiple times. When I DO get ahold of someone, 'I'll give you a call tomorrow' and hear nothing. Salesperson seemed cool in person, but totally scammy ever since. Do not recommend. Update: 49 days later, received AN order after asking 8 days ago for a cancellation and refund. Am now being told 'take it back to the store for a refund' but am outside the 30 day return window because of THEIR screw up. BUYER BEWARE!

Store manager Austin is great and provided excellent service. He it’s very knowledge and helped my wife and I find the right pairs of eyewear for our needs.

Store manager runs the place well and knows the product ! Assistant manager is excellent! Great custom sunglass display! I asked Austin the store manager to set aside an item for me over the phone. He did it right away and it was waiting for me when I got to the store!

Out of all the locations I’ve been to. the Jordan creek mall location, is hands down the Best Oakley Store. Out off all my traveling and ability to go to other locations I choose this one whenever I’m close Auston and his team kill it!

My prescription lens were not right..
However the store staff was beyond apologetic and re ordered my lens. Stuff will happen and i understand that. The customer service at the oakley store is top notch.
I will definitely be back

The Manager (Austin) went over and above to assist me with getting an item that was sold out online that he had in stock. First class service that a lot of other stores and their staff could learn from.
