This little strip mall you can grab a sandwich or sushi. Get your nails done and buy hearing aids, pick up vape products, or go to the gym. Buy insurance or take your choice for Barbeque, Chinese or Mexican. Take your kids to karate and pick up your groceries while you wait.

It's got businesses but the parking lot is horrible. Design is dangerous and now concrete is breaking up so lots of potholes.
