Everytime I call in a prescription, it is ready within minutes. It is charged to my card on file and my husband picks it up. So easy. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I switched to this specialty pharmacy when the other took 5 days to fill a prescription and ran out of ingredients. I have never had this issue here. Plenty of free parking including handicap. Other services provided but I have never used include weight loss and testosterone clinics.

Most important! According to my research they have removed all negative reviews resulting in a 5 star. Several weeks ago it was 4.2. I advise CAUTION partnering with this facility. I had 2 (30 min) prescreen phone conferences with Megan. I was interested in the Semaglutide program. I am 2.78 BMI. Still in the normal range. We discussed this twice. I had 2 face to face conferences with Megan advised her my BMI AGAIN. Did lab work. $175. Two weeks later was advised I didn't qualify due to my BMI. Serious HIPPA violation ---- On my first visit I was handed a hand held tablet. The screen had many names. I inquired at the desk and was told "you're not supposed to see this- these are our patients for the day". I discussed my disgust with Ashley (NP). I thought she seemed genuinely interested and said would share with office manager Petra. I had to call because I didn't receive my refund as promised. Petra just knew " you didn't qualify ". These people are prescribing medications, offering medical advice, injecting individuals with different types of substances . I beg of you...do your homework. Everyone is very nice ..might very well be the most concerning experience I've had in my life.

Very receptive when I call. Courteous and professional and always give prompt service. When I pick it up, same cordial, friendly and consistent excellent customer service. Easy purchases from precise record keeping. And most importantly, product quality and results; from a pharmacy that cares for their customers to maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle.
