DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! Completely botched my ring engraving and then charged well over double the quote. This is a completely dishonest jeweler. He said it would be 75 for two rings (I asked twice at the time to make sure that was correct) then they charged me $203 when I picked them up. So if you want shotty work from a dishonest business that definitely plans on stealing from you when you're in a vulnerable position then this is the place for you! They will also lie about when it should be done and then take 3 weeks longer than they said it would. Completely and totally dishonest.

At the recommendation of a friend, I have attempted to contact them with a job I have. I have called them several times to ask a specific question and have ALWAYS had to leave a message on their voicemail system. I have yet to receive a return call. I will likely have to take my business elsewhere.

One jewelry store I went to, wanted $200 to send my ring back and get it fixed… for simple replant! It wasn’t till I was recommended this store, that I really went in hesitant. And left speechless! I presented the guy running the store, my promise ring, and instead of charging me an outrageous amount, he didn’t even charge me! Superb customer service! My ring was adjusted and I’m a happy customer!

Very kind company. I came in with two broken necklaces and they fixed them both quickly and for free. Incredibly kind people with a wide variety of jewelry. I will definitely return for any additional fixes in the future and will happily pay for their services.

I was going to go to Joseph's after a family member told me I could have my antique engagement ring appraised through them, but they told me it would be several weeks (if I remember correctly the woman said 6) and they would have sent my ring somewhere off-site to be assessed. I wasn't a huge fan of the idea of sending my ring to another location, so I decided to look for a local jeweler. I stopped into Morrisseys Fine Jewelry at the end of the day on a Thursday and they were done with the appraisal mid day Saturday! Not only were they incredibly fast, but they also buffed my ring for me and checked for needed repairs. All the scuffs from the band are gone and it looks brand new! To top it all off the price for this service was less than HALF of what Joseph's quoted me. I will definitely be returning when my ring needs repairs or cleanings in the future.

Went to get my grandmas gold necklace repaired and a silver chain repaired/shortened. Insanely reasonable prices (I am a college student on a budget). I visited other jewelers and they were too expensive or couldn't do the repairs I wanted. The man there knows what he's doing. Would definitely recommend.
