Employee I interacted with was polite and efficient. The wash was meh. Spots and didn't get normal dirt off all areas of my car (front and back). For the price I go to self serve and wash myself a couple times and get it clean (or at least the only person I'd be upset with is myself). The monthly price would be a waste for me but if you're in for the convenience, ok. I would've pulled over to talk with a manager, but there were already four cars pulled over post – wash with employees looking at them. That should've been my clue while I was waiting in line. (Editing from 2 to to 3 stars as that's really rep of average)

The worst experience of my life I had at mister car wash mister car wash in just one month of having it, the menbercia broke a glass but what worries me is safety, I had my two daughters on board, safety doesn't matter to them, they no longer know pay more attention to the machines and Adamas I told them to check the security cameras to see that if in the tunnel they broke the rear window of my truck but they flatly refused for my safety I will not return and I even less recommend that carwash if you see that car was run

Fast and friendly location. The only time I didn't like going there was when they had just rolled out a new package that I didn't want. It got annoying to be asked over and over. Other than that, I'm in and out and clean!

I normally don’t have any problem but this location was horrible today. The brushes didn’t touch the car once and no hot shine. I spoke to a person inside who said sorry nothing they can do about it. Glad to know that you can pay for a monthly fee, and that they could really care less about their customers.

The customer service at this location, in the Jordan Creek area, is second to none! Very kind, courteous and professional, and they aim to satisfy customers here. I dealt with a manager named Colton, and he solved a couple of my issues with the best customer service that I ever received in a long time. I will be coming to this car wash location from now on!

Love this place. The only downfall is very hard water. Invest in a softener.

Tried the new titanium wash for $28 Was suppose to be the best of the best and it’s just like a regular wash not worth the extra money! Don’t lie with fake advertisement.

Decent car wash except for the fact your car gets the heck beat out of it. The dryers are pretty good. Will prolly stick with touchless.

Terrible wash. The worst part … just there for a cheap wash. Using my credit card. A screen comes up asking if I want to pay a tip!!! Give me an effing break. It’s an automatic wash. NO. And I won’t return!

I have given this car wash a few tries and every time my car comes out with a film on it or still dirty. One visit they let me go through twice and it still didn’t clean it. I can’t speak to other mister car wash locations, however, I won’t be using this one anymore.
