Well-oiled machine. Very high-quality. But I don’t like the button pushers. I don’t need help with that and my guy was pushy. Told him I wanted either basic or basic plus and he just pushed basic plus and rushed me through and asked for a tip. $15 for their “lower quality” wash is freaking crazy.

After being a member for years and frequenting this location, a lady at the gate refused service because my truck was "too dirty". Drove to the Waukee Mister Car Wash and they welcomed me with a smile.
Happy to see a same-day reply from the owner. I sent the requested follow-up email with more details. If it goes well, I may revise my review. I'd always rather give good reviews.

Great Staff attitude no matter what the weather is in Iowa. My most recent interaction was with a gentleman who had the designation of a site manager. His name is Colton Gourley. Now listen up Mr. Carwash!, This young man was an absolute joy to work with regarding my membership concern for one of my vehicles which unfortunately was totaled recently. He treated me with the utmost respect and had the best demeanor and willingness to help. He understood the issue and fixed it by calling the Corporate customer service department immediately, explaining procedures and advising in the most professional way. I'm sure what this young man is doing in this role, is doing it very well. Absolutely much better than most adults would. I recommend him for an immediate promotion, a bonus and for Mr. Carwash looking into and helping this young man continuing to pursue his education. Here's an opportunity for Mr. Car wash to retain and encourage excellent talent like him so that he can grow into a leadership role and make your organization successful. This man is going places in the future and I hope you recognize that you want to go along with him, Mister car wash!

Behind Every successful employee is a good leader and I think the GM , Angel Cart is doing an excelleny job of keeping these guys at this location motivated enough to continue to provide the best service!

This Mister Car Wash did not have an option to go touchless. Just an ok wash nothing special, happy I had a ticket for this free one. Friendly service staff.

Employee I interacted with was polite and efficient. The wash was meh. Spots and didn't get normal dirt off all areas of my car (front and back). For the price I go to self serve and wash myself a couple times and get it clean (or at least the only person I'd be upset with is myself). The monthly price would be a waste for me but if you're in for the convenience, ok. I would've pulled over to talk with a manager, but there were already four cars pulled over post – wash with employees looking at them. That should've been my clue while I was waiting in line. (Editing from 2 to to 3 stars as that's really rep of average)
