I was frustrated with both pair of hearing aids and determined to get assistance. I googled Oticon Dealers in Des Moines area and picked Merit Hearing at random.I was pleasantly surprised when, after listening to my frustrations Merit Hearing checked my hearing aids, updated the hearing aid internal software, checked my hearing loss and updated the Oticon Hearing aids accordingly. She even added a music addition to the internal software, trained me on their new app.Merit Hearing was wonderful. I could even listen to WHO Radio on my car radio whereas before all I heard was gibberish and never any music.You will NOT be disappointed with the assistance and satisfaction you receive from Merit Hearing.ThanksJust Old John Colyer

Dr.Courtney Thayer is awesome! So pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and easy to understand. She throughly explained the different types and brands of hearing aids. Also very knowledgeable on how hearing aids interact with Cochlear Implants. So pleased we chose Merit Hearing and Dr Courtney Thayer.
