What an excellent experience. We are so thankful to have Matt. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions. He explained everything to us concisely and without making us feel overwhelmed. He was also very quick to respond to our questions any time of the day and kept us up to date on every step of the home purchasing process. Our experience while trying to close on the house is what really set him apart for us. The seller's realtor pushed back our closing date 3 times, fixes prior to sale had not been completed, and he did not have the agreed upon check from the buyer for further home improvements. Matt remained professional and level headed while standing up for us and insisting that everything be completed prior to closing. He has continued to correspond with us to confirm that we are happy with the purchase and make sure everything is going well. We decided to go through him for our home owner's insurance as well and he continues to be wonderful in answering all of our questions. I recommend him to everyone. If you are looking for a positive home buying experience with someone you can genuinely trust, Matt is your guy!
