Don’t go here for a loan. Worst experience I have ever had trying to get a loan. I’m not mad at the fact that I got denied it’s the fact of how they handled it and kept saying we aren’t judging you over and over again which implied that they were. They said I couldn’t get a loan due to switching around to a couple different jobs within the last 5 years which makes no sense I have never had that come up with trying to get loan before. I felt highly judged and will never do work with them again. I literally had to call multiple times to get an update when they should be calling me. DO BETTER.

Horrible experience with loan officer Kelly. First dealt with her early this year and now the same experience again. You'll be waiting to get anything done. If it is close to the weekend expect middle of the follow week minimum on anything being fruitful. I do not understand why a company would make the consumer not a priority? I'd strongly recommended going elsewhere just for the promptness aloneWhy does this have to be so difficult. Other representatives of the company reply via text and answer the phone, she will not.

I would give this bank 0 stars if I could, there is no communication between them, the loan department representatives and the offices all tell you different stories, they tell you that they are going to submit requests for you but then when you talk to the office they say that you can’t do that, it’s like the representatives don’t even know the bank that they are working for. When I did call to ask for help they did not help at all, at first i though they were a decent bank and the longer that you deal with them the more surprises you get and not good surprises. I’ve had 2 different issues with them, one of them was the payments, I had it setup for automatic payments weekly for a loan that I have with them, I figured ok I’ll get my monthly payment made and they won’t take out the full amount, well they still took out the full amount they didn’t send an email or anything saying that I was going to be processed so that I could call and ask them, they just took the full amount out and could not reverse the transaction so that trew my budget off for the week. I’m not happy with this bank I would not go with them, there are more credit unions out there that are better at communicating with you and within themselves than this one. So before you decide that is the right bank please continue to keep looking and get away from this bank as far as possible.

Shelly was very helpful! I missed a 0 when inputting my account number for my direct deposit. With a quick call she was able to locate the funds and get them moved. Didn't make me feel embarrassed or like a burden. AND while she was at it she set up my new debit card.There is a homey feel inside. Regular customers were known by name which made a newer customer like me feel comfortable.

In the last year it has been a total flip from what you would expect from a small credit union. 30 minute waits to speak to somene. Hours they are open have been cut. The website has been remade and is a lot worse with ability to connect to other apps. They are preauthorizing charges sometimes 5 days in advance but deposits take 3 to 4 days to even clear. It costs "processing fees" to pay your loan with anything than your bank account. We are now looking for a new credit union.

Stay away and get a loan elsewhere they are worse then most credit unions they will close your account asap without notifying you

Most impolite and rude employees, no communication between employees, I have been trying to resolve the same issue since the beginning of May and it's the end of September, I am still jumping through hoops and being punished financially for their mistakes...worst. bank. ever.You would probably have better luck and service from a predatory loan shark.

My wife and I tried going with them for a moped loan even when the moped shop said they were the best one to go with.The guy on the phone said they don't do loans for mopeds. They wanted us to sign over the title of the moped and our car. This place is a joke. We had no problem getting the financing elsewhere and didn't feel pressure to take a lager loan that what we were asking for. More or less were told take 8000 or noting when we were asking for 3000. We denied the loan out right and yet we get a letter saying they denied us and are now hitting our credit. Steer clear of this place.

I recently had my debit card compromised on 6/30, 7 charges totaling almost $500.00 2 charges were credited back however the remaining have not been. The employees made me feel like I was the perpetrator when I spoke with them and I felt like they are accusing me of placing these charges personally even after talking to a supervisor as recently as Friday August 6, still nothing has not been done regarding the remaining credits I am very unhappy with this credit union as they have allowed my card to be fraudulently used then treat you as if your the criminal. I would not recommend this credit union. My next step is to file a complaint with the BBB.

I have lately had the worst experience when speaking with a customer service representative when calling. The treatment is absolutely unbearable. I spoke with a customer service Representative by the name of Abby ID# 3236 and she was absolutely very rude.. then I spoke with Melissa in member services in which was awesome and told me anything pertaining to loans that she will have to transfer me over to a loan officer and I was transferred to Jodi (Consumer loan officer) that wasn't too friendly in which all I was trying to do was make sure that the PTP was noted for the 18th of August and that was to bring my account current plus make my loan payment. Jodi told me that she doesn't even know why she was transferred this call nor why she is handling this matter so I apologized to her for the call being transferred to her. Just a very bad experience in all. Beth (Call center Supervisor) is awesome and Chris Pace from the Davenport Iowa location
