I was BLOWN AWAY by the customer service here! The ladies working 8/18/23 saw I was carrying clothes to try on, politely came to me and took the clothes so I wasn’t carrying them around, and reserved me a dressing room. With perfect timing, they asked if they could grab me any other sizes. The other stores I visited before don’t even compete with how I was treated here. I will be returning simply because of how observant and attentive the ladies working are! Thank you Mainstream Boutique for making me feel so special!❤️

The quality of clothing is great, the items are cute and stylish, the sales team is helpful, and the owners and managers are quick to respond to and remediate concerns. I had an issue I reached out about directly and they provided a quick response and were willing to work with me on a resolution. Truly worth 5 stars in service.

Store is absolutely adorable and cozy. Clothes from this lovely store will make you noticeable, fashionable. Love the fitting room and workers are very nice and helpful. If you want to look like you just moved here from Paris or Europe, store is definitely for you. You will look “sassy “ and quality of clothes is great!

Great place for women to shop for unique clothing in Waukee/West Des Moines! The ladies working at the Boutique are consistently friendly & give great suggestions! I would recommend Mainstream Boutique to all ages! My daughter, my mom & I have all found great tops, dresses & jeans!

I needed clothes following weight loss. The girls at Mainstream were so helpful and guided me to exactly what I wanted and needed. I had so much fun shopping there. I highly recommend this boutique. You won't be disappointed. This was my first time in but it definitely won't be my last!
