I ordered a satin Sherwin Williams Ovation custom color paint. I picked up my online order quickly. Upon arriving home, I looked at the can and see I received a flat valspar paint. Not even remotely close to what i ordered unfortunately.Upon calling this store (where my online order originated), I was informed the only solution is for me to make the 40 minute drive back to the store. I spoke to Abby, a manager of the store, who told me the best she could do is leave a note stating I want to return/replace it. While I love Lowes and have used them extensively for my small business and home projects, I will definitely be bringing my business elsewhere in the future. Abby was unhelpful and unapologetic regarding the store's accountability in this issue. I am unimpressed by the professionalism.

Shameful customer service. Tried purchasing a clearance appliance that all the signage around appliances suggested would receive 20% off. Come to find out, it doesn’t apply to that one. Or any others in the store for that matter. Only the 8 products listed on a sheet of paper they had to go print out, which no customers have access to, we should just know. I then double checked the fine print, says nothing about “select clearance,” simply all clearance appliance. No problem if I hadn’t been told by an associate days prior, that it would in-fact be eligible for 20% off.I was then told by Ben in appliances it was because my total was under $999 and it needed to reach that to get the 20%. They ended up backing out on this, not honoring it either and said we were told incorrectly. Dennis (I think a manager) was no help at all and kept saying he doesn’t know anything about what goes on back there (appliances) just that I need to decide if I want it for listed price or not. In the end, got to speaking with the ASM Sarah, who was no more helpful than the other 3-4 associates I was bounced around to.Nobody here knows what’s going on, if they hold appliances or not for you to come pick it up, regardless if it’s been paid for. I spent two grueling hours in here and left more confused about their policies than Dennis. Both he and Sarah kept saying they will “lose their job” if they do anything to remedy this terrible experience. Two hours and a solution was never offered, was only met with conflict. I’ve honestly never seen a company so willing to put the customer on the back burner like this. Sounds like a ploy to do the bare minimum and that they need some new management who are willing to train their employees effectively on policies and customer service 101. At the end of the day, just go to Home Depot, much nicer people.

Came into Lowe’s a couple times and the customer service has been top notch. Jade helped me with a lumber order, Dylan helped with paint & Rob K helped set up a MVP account. Rob was heading out the door, yet choose to help me and had a great attitude and was knowledgeable.

Extremely poor customer service and experience after spending over $4,000!! Associates and store manager were very rude and would not extend military discount!! Do not recommend Lowe’s or this location!!

Super quick and easy. I ordered online and used the picked up in store option. Walked in and scanned my email that I received from Lowe’s at the locker bank located inside the first set of doors and that was it. In and out in less then 2 minutes

If you're delivering dry wall / wallboard, put in for detention pay if your company offers it. I sat for 4 hours while they unloaded me.Not too bad of an experience, but I expected to be unloaded before 1100. Especially since I parked overnight, and had the tarps off in 15 minutes in the morning.

Not the worst, but not great. I delivered drywall here they took it off 1 bundle, not stack 1 bundle at a time. Then take it all the way inside.. it's been 35min only 3 stacks are gone there's 10bundles left to go so 5 stacks, and now they need to go deal with a customer. So it'll be well over 1hr to unload 1 truck.Recieving starts at 7am

This is my favorite Lowes. I get a lot of my plants and project items from here. I'm constantly redoing and revamping furniture pieces. The staff is always helpful.

It's like the Best buy of home improvement none of the employees even look at you they're too busy looking at their phones and certainly can't be bothered to help a customer. Then maybe you find a good deal on something it won't ring up at the clearance price and that's going to take at least two other employees to help to get that extra $3 off since they clearly don't want to help it just isn't worth it worst service highest prices, good lord.

Went two separate times to have glass cut there and they made incorrect cuts each time, if accuracy is something they cannot provide then they should inform customers as such. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely some of the worst service I have ever experienced. You have lost a loyal customer after this debacle. I just spent almost $2500 on a front load washer/dryer set. This included delivery charges, installation and parts, hauling away old set and three year protection plan. Delivery shows up and they inform us that we have the wrong cord for the dryer and we will have to get a new one. At no point during the purchase were we ever asked about the dryer cord - she simply added all installation parts to the order. Anyway, the removed the existing set and brought in the new appliances. At this point they informed us of two things. First, they would not hook up the washer because they either do both or none at all. Made no sense to me but whatever. Second, the did not have room on the truck to haul away my old set so they simply left them in the backyard. Lovely.I went to the store, swapped out the cord and we arranged for them to come back to install the washer/dryer and pick up the old set. Four days later was the best they could do. Fine. We will deal with having no washer and dryer a bit longer. They finally come out and the men they sent were under the impression they were only picking up the old set. Nothing in their orders about installation. So we take them around to the back yard and it seems someone else helped themselves to the washer/dryer over the past four days so nothing to pick up after all. We spent $100 for Lowes to do nothing. The guys decide the least they can do at that point is to go ahead and install the appliances. We were grateful and everything seemed to go smoothly.We ran the washer that night and found that it shook violently during the spin cycle. We checked to make sure it was level and everything looked fine. The next day my wife called to explain the problem we were seeing and the set up another time for someone to come out and look at the installation. So now we are waiting a few more days and taking even more time off of work.The guys show up and they were under the impression they were there just to pick something up. We told them what was going on. One of the men proceeds to take a level out, set it on the washer and then snap a picture of it telling us it looks fine. He didn't want to stick around to see how it ran because if it was anything else he wouldn't know what to do anyway.We called the store and ended up talking to someone named Sandra who informs us we now need to go through a 3rd party because that is how they handle things now. What outstanding service... that little bit of extra rudeness that Sandra threw on top of it all was the last straw. You will never get our business again and you can bet I will share this story with EVERYONE possible and in every possible way I can.
