How is this store open still. None of the employees here ever say hello or even acknowledge my existence as a human. I mean nothing. I went here today and after walking around for 30 minutes in tools and plumbing no one even made eye contact with me. Fortunately homedepot is close by.

I don't usually shop at Lowe's - but I was really impressed with this location. Bought a new faucet at a different store and didn't realize I would need new supply lines - half way through the install I'm Googling prices for what I need and Lowe's had the cheapest. I'm glad they did. In and out within 5 minutes with what I needed (plus a couple other things that I remembered while I was there). Used self-checkout so I didn't actually interact with any staff, but the conversations I saw and overheard seemed friendly and helpful. Recommend this location for sure!

I acquired a new residence, and on that very day, I visited the establishment on 09/08 to procure a refrigerator, laundry appliances, a dryer, and various other necessities for the recently acquired property. The establishment suggested that I enroll in a credit card program, a recommendation I promptly followed. Inquiring about the precise delivery date for the refrigerator due to my constant need for milk for my children, I elucidated that relocating from my former residence without a refrigerator was unfeasible. Acknowledging my circumstances, they assured delivery on Wednesday, 09/14, following an availability check.Come Wednesday, the refrigerator arrived with a conspicuous dent in the door, accompanied by an offer of a 10% discount. Declining the offer on account of my reluctance to accept damaged items into my new abode, I found that the laundry and dryer exhibited defects, with one lacking an electric socket. Retrieving all the appliances without providing a timeframe for their replacement, the establishment left me uninformed.Suggesting to the delivery personnel that potential financial losses could arise if they reclaimed the refrigerator, I was reassured that I could retain it until a suitable replacement was delivered. However, upon contacting the store, they rebuffed my request and insisted on its return on the same day if unsatisfactory or its retention with a 10% discount.Ultimately, we incurred losses amounting to approximately $500, encompassing frozen food items, such as meat and poultry, stored in the defective freezer. Given the imperative need for milk for my young children, I now find myself procuring milk at regular intervals, leading to wastage of both food and monetary resources. Moreover, I've incurred additional expenses on restaurant meals and expended time addressing these issues. My sentiment is one of profound disappointment.

Was able to find what I was looking for. And what I couldn't find the associate I found was nice enough to take me to the aisle and ahowed me other alternatives. Their prices, I think, are reasonable.

I was loading sheetrock at the Lowes on 50th st. In West Des Moines and an employee walked by with a cup of coffee watching me load sheetrock, which was on the floor, and he just walked by without offering to help. Twice now this employee has been like this. Done with Lowes.

Terrible experience. Was supposed to have a fridge delivered today at 9am. 1:30pm and they show up with a dented model. Stating will get another one on Sunday...only to be called an hour later stating I have to go in and order a new one. Wow. I've worked customer service for 25 years and absolutely hate it when I am treated so disrespectful. Sorry for being a female! If I was a male this would not even be an issue.
