This location is well lit outside , plenty of parking and handicap parking.
However, the outside needs to be cleaned up. Oil, gum and grease path to the front door. Professional power washing is needed.
Inside the staff is helpful. The location is clean, well lit and the shelves were well stocked.
The bathroom was clean.

Guy didn’t wanna give me change ? said we don’t “sell” quarters so I just went to the other Kum N Go to get them.absolutely stupid.

Friends of employee hanging out in the seating area. They were making fun of people using the restrooms. Pretty sure taking pictures of people as well. Restrooms are disgusting dirty. Sink splattered with water & soap and cigarette butts on the floor. Cashier young African American employee acting like he's at the club. Wearing his non uniform hat sideways and no visible signs of any type of store uniform. Unprofessional and unfriendly. Not a good representation for Kum & Go. Hopefully the nice owner will straighten this store up.

No-ethanol gas. Self-checkout. Clean restrooms. Air hand dryers in the restrooms. And now they have the stackers that I could only find previously in Omaha? BRAVO. Love it!

Is there a policy that employees can’t be on their phone during work hours? Or at least while they’re on the floor with customers? I keep running into workers who are on their phones while working, not giving me much attention.I walked up to the cashier and she took a few seconds to acknowledge me and ring me up. I was about to use the self-check out (should have just done that), but she eventually rung me up. Not once did she look at me. Continued to play on her phone while I finished checking out. Said “have a good day” STILL without looking at me. She was too busy playing and laughing at her phone.Note to everyone: just use self checkout out if you can. Better than dealing with rude employees.

7265 Vista Dr, West Des Moines, IA 50266.Employee name ANDREW who works night shift he is threatening the customers and saying that he is the owner. He works by himself so he think he can do whatever he wants. I show him threatening a old guy in a parking lot who was just waiting in his car for someone and than I went in to buy some food and beer and he overcharged me and when I asked for refund, he says he can't do anything and we go in a argument and he tell me get out of my store. His tone and himself was very aggressive, I got scared and left and didn't even get my overcharged refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE AT NIGHT BY YOURSELF. He even has some biker friends who joins him. I give kum and go, business of $15 every single day that makes $5400 a year and he is asking me not to come back here or he would trash me, just because I argued for my overcharged refund. come on, not a good business mind employee. I'm asian and I know how to run a business and how to treat customers but this guy, seems like he has just hedge. His age and his behavior done not match. Something is wrong with him. Don't usually leave reviews, especially on gas station food but their new menu is actually really good. I ordered the new pulled pork Caribbean bowl and it was amazing! Kudos to the new menu, light and summer ready!
