Ross was great, unfortunately he found an issue that was causing our system to not work for quite some time. He was kind and completely diagnosed the system and found the issue. He then stuck around to verify that it was working correctly. Thank you.

He knew what he was doing and he did a great job! Also he explained everything he was installing and how my new system worked.To top it off, he is a nice guy!
