It's Black Friday, so it's packed, which is understandable. Line to get in went fast. Associates not engaging with customers at all. It's so odd, 3 just standing looking annoyed. I asked if something out of stock could be ordered, girl said "you bet" rather sarcastically, but didn't offer to do so. Line to pay was literally 34 people deep!!! Get some hand held devices, seriously. Good sale prices, but lack of customer service is not acceptable these days. Associate dress code should be elevated. Wear black and showcase jewelry.

What a great store, so many pretty things. If only my wallet were bigger. Everything does go to a good cause which is very nice. I just can't afford it. We went for an opening party and it was fun, the girls working there are so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the jewelry and the causes. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice piece to provide to a friend or relative or partner. As well as a nice place to stop to look at pretty things.

Classy and chic jewelry for the everyday wear! I enjoy all the pieces and even the most simple ones. The color bar allows you to customize if you can't find what you want! This place feels like a little big city in Des Moines and makes for great gifts The event was tons of fun and allowed us to have one on one with the managers

I cannot even begin to explain how happy I was when I saw Kendra Scott was going to grace Des Moines with her presence. Long story short this store has something for everyone. Simple to extravagant. One thing I love about Kendra Scott is you can differentiate her pieces from other jewelry out there. I don't know how many times I or someone else has said to me, "oh my gosh! Is that Kendra Scott!?" Great quality and fun pieces.

It's super cool Des Moines got a Kendra Scott store! The company that lets you be the designer if you want.. By customizing your own jewelry at their color bar! Nothing like owning something you made and or making something special for that special someone! If you like to be a bit more hands off the store is full or the rad pretty stuff, from earnings to rings, necklaces, and don't worry dudes they got cufflinks! The store is sleek and modern looking and the staff is super nice and smiley! It's cool to find out they are all about giving back to the community as well! I dig it!
