Dr. Schissel is absolutely amazing. I love seeing her and the medical staff have always been awesome. However during my last visit the manager of the front desk treated me horribly. I am disabled and had a panic attack in the office. The front desk manager talked down to me, accused me of lying about my medication, and shamed me for having a panic attack. Thankfully the nurse working and Dr. Schissel were so kind to me and stayed with me to make sure I was okay after that had happened. I love the doctors and the medical team here however the manager of the billing department was very out of line for treating me this way.

The doctor here is extremely unprofessional and ruined my relationship with my clientele because she was “skeptical”. Instead of trying to talk to me to understand what was going on she was very rude and condescending and told my client not to work with me and she has no right to do that. She doesn’t even know who I am. Shame on you I will not be referring any of my clients to go to this place.

Outstanding group of family doctors. All of them have been very helpful in taking care of our family. Knowledgeable, kind, and caring. Staff has always been professional and pleasant.

Dr Grunewald is always very thorough and friendly. If he can’t help he always refers me to a qualified doctor. Melissa, his nurse, is always on top of my prescription refills and makes drawing blood look easy. They are an amazing team and I am lucky to have them as my family physician and nurse.

Dr. Grunewald is hands down the best doctor I have ever been to. He is also my daughters primary care physician. He is very caring, kind and educated. I am beyond happy with the care my family receives from him.

When my doctor of over 20 years decided to retire, I initially felt panic, but then he suggested I see Dr. Basil Hassan at JCFM. I feel as though I haven't skipped a beat in meeting, being diagnosed and treated by Dr. Hassan. The friendly and professional staff makes it easy and comfortable to be connected. I would recommend his service to anyone looking for a doctor.

Dr. Schissel is absolutely amazing. She is very detailed and gives what is needed never what is not. I am not someone who like medicine and don’t want it unless absolutely needed and she understands that. My four year old even loves her and she always has such a big smile. Jordan Creek family medicine is a very pleasant place. I will not change. Love your office your amazing.

First and foremost: Huge 5-stars to Dr. Basil Hassan. I have no complaints there; he is excellent.Now, on to why there are two stars off: the billing department (or perhaps the front desk).I've changed insurance providers more than once since I started seeing Dr. Hassan, but for some reason, even though each time I come in, I confirm the ONLY insurance on-file is current, no "old" insurance providers are listed (and whoever is at the front desk, assures me that it's accurate), I STILL get denied claims letters in the mail from insurance companies I haven't had in several years, whenever I see Dr. Hassan, because Jordan Creek Family Medicine somehow bills insurance companies, that the front desk claims aren't listed for me.
