This facility is close to my home and used to be great. For the last year or so, however, it won't always take my card (I try multiple cards on multiple bays.) It doesn't seem to like MC. Additionally, the dryers don't work on each bay, and my last time going on 11.12.23, my car didn't get clean. I had to go to Hy Vee for another wash. I've tried to see if it would improve as I've wanted to support this place, but I won't be going back. I even tried calling to let them know about my challenges with their card readers and dryers, and no one has returned my call.

Not too shabby for the price I have seen better honestly but this will take care at least most of partial of the job that needs to be done. Especially dust, here in Iowa depending on where you are going it does get a little dusty and this will help you out if you do not want to go to an hand held one

just ok. i went all the way to the left to have the soft brush wash but the screen froze and i had to back out and go to the touch free even tho that’s not what i preferred. my rental car was very dusty from the dirt roads and had a lot of bug guts on the windshield. the process, once in the working spot, was very easy. i watched as the machine circled the car and did its thing. it mostly cleaned the car well but the back of the car still had dirt and the blow dryer didn’t do the best job drying the car. in a pinch, i guess it’s acceptable. i wish there were places like this in los angeles everywhere. two stars off for the brush screen freezing and for the dirt and water left.

Leave your car covered in a soapy residue with soap spots ALL over. I needed to get another car wash from a different place just to clean it.

Two lanes were not accepting credit cards. Spent 15 minutes monkeying with that. Waited for the one working lane to free up. Got the $12 wash. Car covered with water spots, will need another wash tomorrow.

Used the bay with brushes and paid for the $14 option and my car still has a soapy residue spots and the windshield and back window have that soap film where you can see the brush strokes couldn’t get to. Really frustrating paying for the long list of features when a soap and high power rinse at a do-it-yourself place would have most likely been better.

Poor customer service. Used the far left bay with brushes. After the soap cycle, the exit door opened and I was instructed to exit into the blower area with my car full of soap. Ended up hand washing the vehicle when I arrived home. Texted the owner. No response. I then called the owner and explained what happened. Was told he would review his security camera footage and respond to my concern. Never happened.

I have been a member of Jordan creek Carwash before the ownership changed. It was great! But now none of the dryer works. Half the time the none of the computers work to even get my truck washed. I just was there and had to go through 3 times just to get a washer that had a dryer that worked. Was there yesterday and the dryer didn't even turn on resulting in 2 washes. I love the unlimited washes. But it's clearly needed to remotely get the wash i want. After three washes i still have film on my brand new truck that i wash almost daily

If you want a thorough car wash, go elsewhere. If you want a car wash to wash off your dust, this would be acceptable for you. The credit card machine on the North Bay is hit or miss whenever it works. The rocker wash used to be able to get your whole side clean, but now it stops halfway through. When doing the tri-foam, the rinse only goes around one time and leaves the foam still on your vehicle, I'll attach a picture below what it looks like after the wash made a pass around my truck, foam still all over the glass. The drying at the end is inefficient, the dryer's no longer move to help dry your vehicle as much as it can. If you have any feedback, don't bother using the app because they don't respond to it, don't bother texting either, only way to get a hold of somebody is by calling the number at the location, and even when they answer they have to call another company to fix the issue as they don't do maintenance themselves, they also don't offer any discounts or coupons for the inconvenience. Other car washes if you by chance have a problem, they take the feedback seriously and even give you a coupon for the inconvenience.

I tried to buy a monthly subscription on site but it said the purchase failed. My credit card was charged repeatedly for months for a membership I didn't use . It never recognized my license plate and I was also paying for single washes. Half the time the overhead dryer doesn't drop down to do a good job drying. I called management and have yet to be credited back for the 4 months of unused charges to my credit card. Manager says he can't authorize the credit ?

I've been going here for years and although I'm sad about the price increase, it's still much more affordable than most. Gets the job done. Just not sure why there's a cone in some of the lanes during random times when it could potentially be busy, like it was once when I went, so all the cars were only using 2 of the 4 washes...

Not only they went $2 dollars up in price but I guess getting the plain wash doesn't include air drying anymore. The card readers take forever.

Paid full price for wash and when I pulled in it did one rinse cycle and the it said I was done. Paid over $12 for rinse only. Wrote in to tell them about it and heard nothing…stay away!!Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Would be great if the unlimited plan works consistently. It generally doesn't recognize my car and tries to charge me again. I've sent messages to them asking for help with no response.
