Have been with Jonathan Webb insurance for nearly 5 years. Every six months auto insurance has increased dramatically. I have no claims whatsoever. Acquired insurance from a competitor for 150 percent less per six months with the exact same coverages. You do the math then decide.

I’ve been a client of Charlie Webb and now Jonathan Webb for TWENTY-SIX years!!! I like Allstate as a company and they’ve always taken good care of us. But it’s truly the Webb’s and their employees that are the reason I stay.

Been with these guys for about 6 years. Very great at updating or changing my policy as needed. Easy to get ahold of and very great customer service. Never had any issues with our insurance needs when using these guys. Will be a customer for a long time.

Received an ad in the mail offering a dramatically lower rate than what I currently pay. After going through the quoting process, the final number came out to over 300% higher than what they deceptively advertised. Waste of time, deceptive advertising policies bring their ethics into question.

I work for a lien holder company. Christina Hansen went above and beyond in helping me get the pay off check in order to satisfy the loan balance! She kept in constant communication with me, escalated the claim, and really went to bat for me! I am so grateful for her help because without her, I was not getting any answers!Christina Hansen is a rockstar! AMAZING!

Currently getting advice from my Allstate agent on a MVA that I'm dealing with. They were speedy to get in contact with me and gave me advice on how to communicate with Nationwide for the claim. I cannot thank Jonathan Webb and Charlie enough for their willingness to assist me with outside claims!
