Amazing experience here. Sales rep wasn't super pressuring on us making a purchase. We arrived at home and saw a lower price from the manufacturer, and the sales rep refunded the difference right over the phone saving us both a trip back into the store and money. Thank you Lance!

Lance was great helping me find the right machine with out being “pushy”. I couldn’t decide that day, and a few days later Chase helped seal the deal with showing/teaching more functionality the machine offered. Great job to this team!

Both Chase and Lance were extremely knowledgeable. Not pushy. Just encouraged us to sit in each demo chair as long as we wanted. Honest in providing pros and cons of each chair. We did purchase and are anxiously awaiting delivery.

First of all, Riley was outstanding from start to finish! My father was visiting from out of state and wanted to see what Johnson Fitness had to offer. Greeted as soon as we walked in and there was zero pressure from the sales staff. As Riley was answering some questions from my dad, I decided to try out the Jin 2.0 Inner Balance massage chair. As a person that suffers from chronic neck and back pain due to a previous car accident this chair was my own personal miracle. Riley explained everything about this chair from top to bottom. Sold!!! Thank you Riley and Johnson Fitness in West Des Moines!!!! If you want great service that goes above and beyond the norm go now!!!
