I recently visited the Jordan creek location and had such an uncomfortable, belittling experience. It's hard to put into words but I felt like they were smothering me with "excellent customer service" as an excuse to keep a watchful eye on me. I used to work in inventory loss prevention and this is a known tactic. It's a great tactic to use on shoplifters, but not so great on your actual customers.What made me feel uncomfortable was my experience in the dressing room. After an associate helped me to the dressing room, she walked away to help a customer check out. I finished trying on the clothes, began to open the curtain and was shocked to see that another associate had come in, and was waiting for me directly outside my dressing room. There she was..just standing there. Staring at me.I'd had no previous interaction with her and no logical reason for needing an associate stationed outside my dressing room. I barely had a chance to get over the initial shock or open the curtain all the way before she began to thoroughly look me and my shopping bag over, then inquired about the clothes, all of which I had hung back up in the fitting room. Did she ask if a different size or style would be better? No. She waited for me to step out and then immediately inspected the fitting room. It was so clear what she thought of me.The worst part? When I had been changing, there was a small opening in the curtain that I didn't bother closing since I was the only one back there. Who'd have guessed an employee would quietly walk in and stand outside to wait for me? It makes me so uncomfortable knowing she could have (and may have) easily peered inside without me having the slightest idea.Anymore it seems like most of the shops at Jordan Creek have the mindset of "shoplifter until proven innocent." Sadly J Jill is no different. What a disappointment.

I was able to find pants in a Petite XS that actually fit my mother. The sales lady was extremely helpful.

I use to love shopping here, and had owned a lot of their clothing. I’m not sure what has changed within the company, but the clothing just isn’t as appealing, and seems to cater more towards a much older 60+ woman.
Associates aren’t very welcoming, and must not have a sales quota, as they aren’t very interested in selling merchandise. They never seem to be very busy either.
The store is newer, and so the store is in nice condition.

Favorite clothing store. Apparently they aren't motivated to sell clothes from the store since the majority of American women don't fit into their sizes. Skip the trip, get on the email list save money and buy plus size online.
