Spearheading repealing child labor laws so they can pay 13 year olds 2$ an hour to work 40 hours a week. Scumbags want kids back in coal mines.

Recently took a ServSafe Manager course here and was impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of the staff, and their consideration of taking care of all precautions in teaching classes during a pandemic. I wouldn't hesitate to take more courses and certifications here in the future.

This group of people are the greatest to work with. They are fantastic supporters of the Culinary programs in Iowa high schools. As directors of the ProStart program in Iowa schools, their leadership is unmatched. Many students in the ProStart program go on with their culinary education in a post-secondary capacity, and/or enter the food service industry with a high level of understanding of both culinary and management.
