I told these guys I needed the HCU replaced on my car and they proceeded to run 800 dollars of inspections and then told me they needed to replace the master cylinder to fix my spongy brake pedal issue. Needless to say after they “fixed the problem” and charged me 1600 dollars I still need to get the HCU replaced. These guys are scumbags who are just part swappers.

I brought my vehicle here for a 2nd opinion on a check engine light. From the shuttle service to and from the shop, the AMAZINGLY thorough inspection, communication from Evan the service advisor, and timely repairs, I cannot recommend this place enough.
You could always find a back alley place for cheaper, but with the service this place provides, the warranty on work, the timeliness, there's only 1 place I'll be bringing my vehicles and it's Honest Wrenches.
Thank you for saving me money and such amazing service by your tech (K M), advisor (Evan), and courtesy drivers (Ana or Hannah).

They gave me a very detailed and comprehensive breakdown of things that needed to be done on the vehicle including pictures. What was priority? What was not? And kept me up to speed with how things were going with repairs.I will be going back here in the future.

Our experience, from the initial contact to the wrap up invoice, was fantastic. Joshua, our service advisor, kept us informed every step of the way. He also found us a loaner once it was determined the car would be there for several days. Repairs were made in a timely fashion. We didn’t complete all recommended routine maintenance, but were given a detailed, prioritized list of recommended services along with pricing for each service. I would highly recommend HW for all automotive repair needs.
