“We went to Lowe's to get the best deal on an appliance!! Kara made sure we did!!! She greeted us with a friendly smile!! She is very knowledgeable! The one we wanted wasn't in stock. We decided we would take the store model. Kara took a lot of care in preparing the appliance for us to get it home safely without breaking anything! When she called for help, all available employees came to help! We were greeted again by many employees!! Jonah and another member were there to assist with the heavy lifting! Christina came in at the end for a friendly conversation while we secured our new appliance!!! We will definitely be back to Lowe's in West Des Moines!!! Everyone is so helpful and responsive!!
