I shopped at several different Jewelers for years.I started Shopping at Herman's in Clocktower Square over a year ago now.And every time I walk in there they know my name and give me total attention for future sales, browsing , or just to waste time while I'm waiting on a appointment near there to kill time.They're Professionalism, Attentiveness, is Cleary above the competition. I am always going back to see them and give them my business as long as this continues, and I'm sure after 4 purchases it will not change and did not after the first or second.If want attention to detail, great Customer Service, I would suggest you shop there!!!!!!ThanksSteve Fucaloro

Went in to sell my gold and the offer that they gave me was insulting. Went a pawn store and got 3 times as much as they offered. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Father asked to go and sell his silver, sterling silver and gold pieces. Some items were not actually any of those things (I.e., costume). However, we were treated very well and Father was very happy with price for items Herman's purchased.

My wife and I had Herman's create the ring of my dreams - all from a photo we brought in. Herman's offered incredible insight to cost, metals, stones and ultimately superceded our expectations. There's a reason you won't find Herman's in a shopping mall, they're one of a kind!

I had several pieces of jewelry that I never wore any longer. With the help of this caring jewelry stores staff, they created several pieces that are very sentimental to me now.I love each piece dearly.Great Customer service.I have found the best. Will be a loyal customer to them forever.

Brought in ring that took a spin in garage disposal to be fixed. They explained it wouldn't be perfect and showed me why. They got it pretty darn close.
