I love that they are open 7 days a week--helpful with last minute projects. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ace has an extensive selection of all sorts of hardware, home, garden items. I love browsing, never know what I'll find! The website is great for ship to home or an in-store pickup.

“We went to Lowe's to get the best deal on an appliance!! Kara made sure we did!!! She greeted us with a friendly smile!! She is very knowledgeable! The one we wanted wasn't in stock. We decided we would take the store model. Kara took a lot of care in preparing the appliance for us to get it home safely without breaking anything! When she called for help, all available employees came to help! We were greeted again by many employees!! Jonah and another member were there to assist with the heavy lifting! Christina came in at the end for a friendly conversation while we secured our new appliance!!! We will definitely be back to Lowe's in West Des Moines!!! Everyone is so helpful and responsive!! “Always super friendly and helpful! Last night I had a plumbing issue. I called 5 minutes prior to closing and they confirmed they would stay open for me to get there. Just amazing service!! I think his name was Seth, who was actually outside waiting for me to pull up and walked me back to the plumbing section and another employee help us find exactly what I needed!”
