I have been in sales for almost 10 years. And let me tell you what this place is out of this world. To the outstanding level of customer service, attention to detail They take it to the next level from the first day I walked in. Seth was over the top with customer service and has kept me coming back for several years. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for A suit for a wedding or a nice outfit to wear out on the town they will get you what you need.

My son has a hard to find size. Very tall and skinny. The staff knew they had limited selection but are very knowledgeable and knew there was one other option they had in the back. We ended up purchasing that suit and really appreciated all their help and knowledge about their options. Made the experience easy!

My son needed a suit, so we tried out Halberstadts. They did not disappoint! He went in knowing what color he wanted and Clayton took it from there. Clayton did an amazing job helping us and the alterations turned out great as well!

I needed to get a suit for a wedding. My measurements for the pants were awesome. Shirt and jacket were tailored wrong. They did what they could on the day of the wedding to make it right as best as possible.

Came into the store on the Thursday before my Saturday wedding after I was unpleased with a rental tux from Skeffington’s in Des Moines. Josh and Clayton showed me a couple of tux and suite options for purchase, found the right one, and had the suit altered and ready to go within the hour. Wish I would have came to Halberstadt’s from the very beginning. Can’t say enough good things about my experience at the store and with Josh and Clayton, especially on such last minute notice in crunch time. They’ve played a pivotal role in making sure my wedding day is ideal.

We are getting our suits through Halberstadts’s for our wedding party. We needed to get everyone’s measurements in before the order could be put through (which is completely standard for most suit stores). However, my dad had some complications after his heart surgery, so he couldn’t go in anywhere to get measured. Halberstadt’s was SO kind and flexible working with my parents. They were extremely understanding and even sent him two pairs to try on before the order went through.I couldn’t be happier with our choice to go through them. If you’re getting married, go through Halberstadt’s! It’s cheaper to buy the suits through them then rent anywhere else. They are also extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about everything, so they take the stress out of buying suits!

Clayton is an absolute professional, he had me set up in 10 minutes and gave me several options to accent the suit. Everyone I dealt were phenomenal and I will definitely suggest the store to people I know. Thank you all, one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a very long time!

My mom died and my dad needed a suit— tailored—within 4 days and they said “No problem!”. The service was absolutely incredible! So kind, quick, professional yet personable, everything was amazing!!! Abdul is the one who helped us with everything and he was astoundingly awesome! I wish we could give them a 10 star review!!! I can’t stress enough how accommodating and incredible they are!!!!!!

It was wonderful working with this clothier! I am hard to fit and they had a perfect fit for me which just a few alterations which was done in a very efficient and timely manner. And the price was right. I would recommend them wholeheartedly based on my experience.

Stressed all day about not having a suit for a wedding I was attending tonight. I went in and told the workers my situation and they got me a great suit that matched my dates within minutes. I’d recommend this place to anyone who needs a high quality suit.
